- The CHCNAV NX510 is a universal set, an automated steering system that can be installed in agricultural machines that aren't prepared for auto-guidance. Since it represents the leading edge on the market in terms of price-value ratio, it offers great opportunities for its users even when it is installed in new and used agricultural machines. By installing it, we can achieve a significant increase in productivity, in addition, we can save fuel, and it also reduces fatigue and exhaustion, since the machine operator does not have to deal with keeping the track during the day's work.
- CHCNAV display
- The 25 cm color touchscreen industrial display is especially ideal for agricultural environments. The multilingual AgNav software on the display is a perfectly designed control software, which supports several direction recording options in terms of its functions, including AB line, A+ direction of travel, outline, irregular curve. In addition, it provides headland management with the push of a button. These functions almost completely cover the steering related agricultural operations used in the field.
- CHCNAV GPS receiver
- The CHCNAV GPS receiver included in the set can receive multiple satellite signals, including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou and QZSS. With the help of these satellites, the system is able to maintain a signal accuracy of 20-30 cm. If more accurate signal reception is required, RTK 4G signal correction service can be purchased FOR A SURCHARGE, as the GPS receiver has an integrated 4G modem. When using the RTK correction signal, the system can maintain an accuracy of 2,5 cm. Of course, if someone has their own VHF system, the device can also receive and process its signal.
- CHCNAV steering controller
- The CHCNAV steering motor is a brand-independent universal control motor that can control the agricultural machine through the steering column. Several steering motor parameters can be set via the display, including the possibility to change the intensity and steering strength, as required by the user and work environment. We can provide steering adapters for the following agricultural machines: John Deere, Claas, Fendt, New Holland, Case IH, Deutz-Fahr, Massey Ferguson, JCB, Challenger, Landini, Valtra, Steyer, McCormick, Kubota, Zetor, MTZ, Arbos, Same.
